Our Quarterly Sprint Book Club

Most people read self-help books but rarely change their habits. At Signal East, we don’t just “tick off” books; we digest them. We spend 90 days on a single high-impact title to ensure the lessons actually stick.

The Rules: We read for transformation and not Information!

How the Sprint Works: We meet online on the last Saturday of every month at 11:00 CAT. Each month of the quarter serves a specific purpose in your growth journey: –

🐸 Month 1: The Blueprint (Intake) We break down the core concepts and identify the specific “frogs” or habits to tackle over the next 90 days.

🐸 Month 2: The Grind (Implementation) Change is hard. We meet to discuss the friction, troubleshoot obstacles, and share insights on how the book’s theory is holding up in your real-world practice.

🐸 Month 3: The Result (Review) We celebrate the wins, evaluate our progress, and cement our new habits before preparing for the next quarterly selection.
